How Do I Place An Order?
It's easy! Simply purchase directly through our STORE, or shoot us an email at FeatherExtension@gmail.com with your order request, and one of our team members will contact you shortly.
Payment & Shipping
We accept payment via Paypal, which is great because Paypal not only accepts every type of payment, but also offers both buyer and seller protection (not that you will need it, but it's great for peace of mind.) Alternately checks can be mailed to our PO Box address, but shipments will not be mailed until checks have cleared.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which, depending on where you live, should take 1-3 days to arrive. If you would like us to express mail mail your package, please contact us directly via email. We do ship internationally, however shipping costs will then vary based on location.
Returns & Refunds
Our main goal is to see you, our valued customer, satisfied. For the sanitation of the product, we do not accept returns, nor offer refunds on feather packs.
If a product received is not up to your standard please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to rectify the issue.
How Do Install My Feather Extensions?
Ideally we recommend that you have a stylist or friend help you to install your extensions. You will need TOOLS to do so, and can follow our easy step-by-step installation instructions HERE.
What is a Feather Extension?
A Feather Extension is similar to any natural or imitation hair extension. It is made of bird feathers that are semi-permanent and can be removed at any time, but are attached to your hair.
How Do I Care For a Feather Extension?
You can treat your hair as you normally would. You can wash it, use a curling or straightening iron and gently brush the area in which the Feather Extension has been placed.
How Long Do They Last?
Depending on how you care for them, Feather Extensions from FeatherExtension.com can be removed immediately and can also last in your hair anywhere from 3 weeks to several months. Length of wear depends on hair growth, hair thickness and care of the extension and your hair.
